What is a testamentary donation?
A will is a person's final will, outlining who will leave their property upon their death and how they will leave it. It can be handwritten, made at a notary, or, in exceptional cases, orally. A person can leave all or part of their assets (movable and immovable property, bank accounts, valuable documents) to an institution through a will prepared during their lifetime.
Who can make a testamentary donation?
Anyone who is able to make their own decisions and is over 15 years of age can make a donation through a will.
How to prepare a will?
The most common way is to make an official will in the presence of a notary public with two witnesses.
Apart from this, a person can prepare his will in his own handwriting and give it to a notary, or he can make it verbally in accordance with the conditions specified by law.
A will becomes effective only after the person's death. While alive, the person can continue to use the assets in question as they wish.
Important informations:
– The person who wants to make a testamentary donation, a "mentally stable" report from a fully equipped hospital must take.
– This report, on the same date as the day the will was prepared It is mandatory by law to be regulated.
– If the donor first-degree relatives (spouse, child or parent) if any, the law protects their right to inherit.
– Wills made for people who are not first-degree relatives, even if objected to remains valid.

What is a Condolence Donation?
This is a type of donation you can make in memory of your lost loved ones or to offer condolences to their relatives. As KODA, we can send your donation to the address you wish to forward. Certificate of Condolence We send them. This way, the memory of your loved ones is honored and the education of children in the villages is supported.
How does it work?
– Determine the amount you wish to donate.
– Your certificate will be prepared with the name you choose.
– The certificate will be sent to you as a PDF or, if you prefer, forwarded directly to the place where you would like to express your condolences.
